Impact of Varying Wall Temperature on Hypersonic Boundary Layers
Undergraduate research at Purdue’s Aerospace Sciences Laboratory on how varying wall temperature affects hypersonic boundary layers. Completed and presented a sharp cone transition study; now extending the work to a flared cone, pairing STABL computations with BAM6QT wind tunnel experiments.
Tools: STABL, DPLR2D, PSE-Chem, MATLAB, Tecplot
Pulsejet-Powered UAV: Aerodynamics Lead
Leading the aerodynamics team of a student club designing and building a UAV around a pulsejet engine, from conceptual sizing through CAD and CFD analysis.
Skills: Aircraft design, CAD, CFD, team leadership
Turbopump Rocket Engine: Injector Design and Manufacturing (PURPL)
One year with the Purdue Undergraduate Rocket Propulsion Laboratory designing a turbopump-fed rocket engine. Worked on the injector plate design and served as head of manufacturing for my subteam.
